Firstly, data delivered to the software should be accurate and full. Collected information could be presented in various formats (for instance, as an Excel file) and related to your customers, sales, prices, costs, etc. Each of your potential customers will have their own ID number, thus you can easily distinguish and separate whole detailed information you need about them.

We estimate and explicit report on the quality of the created model (precision, recall), so you can calculate your business case and choose models that promise good ROI, or even to predict if the customer answers the phone , if he fits your promotion campaigns or not, etc.

Moreover, Forecast Ape supports preliminary data analyzing possibility which means this forecasting and analyzing software helps you to understand if it makes sense to analyze the information you entered before it starts its main working process. If there is missed information or other problems (for example, insufficient data processing, poor sorting, etc) related to the collected data, the application will not continue its work. It will just provide names of shortages you have to fix.

In a couple of minutes. when the successful forecasting process finishes (Exactly! it could take even several minutes! Depending on the data amount you  need to analyze), you will be notified by email with the link to download the outcome of the data analyzing and forecasting application work. We include some basic visualization as a bonus, so you can see how your data performs, as well as typical for this case precision and recall data (which practically signify how exact was our prediction).
